Ken Kladouris is a wealth advisor, entrepreneur, and consciousness-based coach whose work integrates inner clarity with purposeful action across life, leadership, and wealth.
The ocean has long been a quiet teacher for Ken. A reminder that true power doesn’t always announce itself. It moves with both strength and stillness, depth and flow.
He believes we all carry that same vastness within us, an ocean of potential waiting to be lived. Yet many tend to move through life accomplishing, achieving, and proving..until something beneath the surface begins to whisper that there is so much more.
An ocean of potential and energy, waiting to be lived
Raised in humble circumstances, Ken witnessed firsthand the emotional and financial strain of a family-owned business and the unpredictability and uncertainty that came with entrepreneurship. At the same time, he was influenced by an uncle whose life as a financial advisor reflected stability, freedom, and intention.
That contrast shaped his path.
Determined to master money in service of others, Ken built his career from the ground up. By his early thirties, he had earned an MBA in Finance, managed multiple offices across California, and overseen thousands of clients preparing for retirement.
On paper, it looked like everything I’d ever wanted.
Yet beneath the surface, something was missing.
His calendar was full, but his days felt empty and disconnected. The pace was relentless, the pressure constant. Like many high achievers, he believed this was simply the cost of success.
That belief quietly unraveled during a vacation, when he set aside a single day to do absolutely nothing – no phone, no email, no agenda. Only quiet reflection and the steady rhythm of the ocean.
In that stillness, a deep calm emerged that was unmistakable, grounding, and clear. For the first time in years, he wasn’t striving or proving. He was…
Fully present. Fully Alive.
And in that moment, he recognized himself again.
That moment became a catalyst.
Seeking to understand how that clarity could exist beyond rare pauses, Ken began a multi-year exploration of presence and awareness. The journey eventually led him to his first silent retreat, a full five days without speaking, technology, or distraction.
The first days were uncomfortable, even chaotic. His mind resisted. But as the noise settled, a quiet realization emerged: the stress, urgency, and pressure he carried were not permanent, they were patterns of thought, mistaken for truth.
From that point on, Ken began building his life differently. He created a rhythm around stillness, daily meditation, gratitude, journaling, and time in nature… not as an escape from ambition, but as its foundation.
The clearer he became, the more intentional his life began to feel.
“And the more still I became, the clearer life became.”
From that integration, his philosophy emerged:
Stillness creates clarity.
Clarity guides success.
Success generates wealth.
Wealth builds legacy.
Finance taught him structure. Stillness taught him flow. Together, they create freedom.
Today, everything Ken builds — from Platinum Wealth Group to Seize the Second® and Stillness to Success® — is rooted in this principle: when inner clarity leads, outer results follow naturally.
Ken’s work is shaped by lived experience, in building real businesses, operating under pressure, and achieving success and learning firsthand that fulfillment is not found in achievement alone. Rather, inner clarity leads to alignment, success becomes more sustainable, meaningful, and free.
Whether through coaching, wealth planning, strategic guidance, or shared dialogue, he supports individuals and families through clear intention, grounded presence, and thoughtful stewardship.
For Ken, legacy is not measured only by what is accumulated or accomplished. True wealth is found in the experience of living. It is in how we show up, how we contribute, and the impact we create around us through thoughtful, intentional, meaningful choices and actions.
Thus, legacy becomes a natural expression of how we live …and freedom becomes a way of being.
“Life, I’ve learned, is about the experience of living, being fully awake to the moments that matter, and creating meaning through how we live them.”
